George has established itself as a leading national brand within Asda stores across the country. Their inhouse team is well accustomed to producing all their merchandising and display schemes, but occasionally they need a little extra help from independent suppliers like Quantum 4.

What George wanted

George’s inhouse team had devised a scheme for displaying the latest ranges of women’s men’s and kid’s wear at Asda stores. They approached Quantum 4 to value-engineer the project and improve sustainability of the original concept prior to national roll-out.

What Q4 created

We are well versed in working with a client’s inhouse team and in this instance we were able to identify the key elements for value-engineering and set about re-designing the prototype, whilst adhering to George’s well-established brand values. The prototype was then trialled across five sites.

What we achieved

As part of our ongoing tender support and project management we were able to effect significant cost savings which were facilitated by the production of a third party production tender pack.
