Quantum 4 are well versed in working for companies that pride themselves on being an integral part of the digital backbone of Britain. This is EE’s claim and on the basis of previous work for the defunct Orange brand, they appointed us for yet another prestigious scheme.

What EE wanted

EE’s vision is to provide the best network and best service so that their customers can trust them with their digital lives. Part of this service comprises delivering a personalised experience for their in-store customers, particularly in relation to their newly-launched TV product range.

What Q4 created

Resulting from Q4’s previous in-store retail work for EE, we created and developed an iconic display fixture to promote the launch of EE TV.

What we achieved

Q4 designed and delivered the entire scheme, comprising an EE TV wall that integrates updateable illuminated and digital signage, along with the TV product, for ease of navigation and understanding by the customer. Using clear digital graphics, we were able to inform the customer about handy guides to setting up, connecting the unit, selecting settings and fixing problems.
