Our relationship

Our partnership with Tesco began in 2007 founded on their trust of our colleagues from various retailer backgrounds.

Tesco projects quickly became the foundation of our supermarket expertise. We have driven inventive concepts in many areas of the store, from clothing to bakery, from electronics to customer services.

We are recognised as setting the standard for other partners, instrumental in defining ways of working and KPI standards.

Over the years we have shared knowledge contributing towards savings in the millions, improved the daily colleague experience and become a key player in constantly evolving the customer offer.

Our role

We were engaged by Tesco to translate their new, disruptive banking concept through a suite of designs which reflect the new Money & more retail identity.

Applying customer insights and mapping in-store touchpoints, we completed the creative, technical development, manufacturing and installation of trial stores. Our scope includes incorporating the digital and signage elements.

The result

The result is a flexible, modular solution, scalable for a variety of spaces.

We have installed the first two trials in Tesco’s Kensington flagship and Baldock stores.

As gatekeepers of Tesco’s concept we have prepared all supporting documentation, including H&S assessments, installation guides and O&M manuals, ready to take the concept further.
