Our role

To independently refine and value engineer Hema’s trial Antwerp flagship concept into a modular system suitable for further global rollout.

The result

Reviewing the whole store format from stationery to grocery, from fashion to home & gift, we consolidated the quantity of parts thereby reducing production costs while increasing flexibility and sustainability.

Detailing was refined to create a consistent design language throughout the store.

We delivered an independent, deeply detailed specification pack, giving Hema complete control of an impartial tender process. We supported throughout their selection and onboarding of the best overall supplier.

We continue to provide ongoing technical support to ensure design standards remain consistent.
